As first reported by The Alliance, evil Glenn has opened a rehab clinic. It all traces back to this government contract, which I've just learned was granted to evil Glenn. Once the G-Bomb was developed, test subjects were sought. The infernal device worked. Too well. So now evil Glenn has opened a rehab clinic to use biofeedback techniques to temper Koko's rapacious desires. But Koko is merely the tip of the iceberg.
