The Enemy of My Enemy is My Friend
Anti-Bush Partisans For Terrorists, Zawahiri Letter Edition

Even without the tip offs, I'd have my own suspicions about the letter's authenticity, if only because of the timing. The thing was leaked to the media last Thursday -- the same day as Shrub's big speech on terrorism, which by some strange coincidence, happened to be the exact same day that Hizzonor the Mayor announced the alleged New York subway plot, which has since been revealed as a hoax.Partisan politics is one thing. Cheering on terrorists in the hope of raising your party's political future is something else. Something awfully close to treason.
