Authorities Avoid 'Terrorism' in Salt Lake City Shootings

We may never know if Sulejman Talovic was motivated by Islamist terrorism. Salt Lake City and Federal authorities are apparently taking a see-no-evil approach to the investigation. That means they have failed to check his computer for jihadi website history. In fact, they didn't even bother to examine his computer at all.

Read this post by Dr. Rusty Shackleford at The Jawa Report for a discussion of what authorities are avoiding in their investigation, including the possibility that Talovic's cousin sent allegedly anthrax-laced letters to the governor of Connecticutt, the Coast Guard, and the Marines.
