Iran Claims Video of Speedboats Faked

Proving that it is impossible to understimate the intelligence of the mullahcracy in Iran, its leaders are claiming that the US faked video of Iranian speedboats harassing American warships in the Strait of Hormuz:

And the state-run Press TV quoted a spokesman for Iran's Revolutionary Guard Navy as saying that the video "had been compiled using file pictures and the audio had been fabricated."

Just a small conspiracy involving hundreds of ordinary sailors and officers, mind you, though the claim should be sufficient to inflame the morons at DailyKos and DU.
