UN on Climategate: Don't Worry, Be Happy
Rajendra Pachauri, head of the UN's IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) commenting on the greatest scientific scandal evah:
Of course anyone with more than three neurons to rub together knows that the scandal is much more than hijinks from a couple of obscure scientists.
I assure you these are just
insignificant teeny tiny little itsy bitsy fibs.
"The processes in the IPCC are so robust, so inclusive, that even if an author or two has a particular bias it is completely unlikely that bias will find its way into the IPCC report..."So just send us the billions of dollars we agreed upon and shut the hell up.
...So I think it is a very transparent, a very comprehensive process which insures that even if someone wants to leave out a piece of peer reviewed literature there is virtually no possibility of that happening."
