Jihadists Seeking Credit Card Numbers of "Jews and Christians"

The Site Institute reported today that terrorists are seeking the credit card numbers of "Jews and Christians" to use for unspecified "good deeds".

A statement posted to a popular Jihadist message board on February 1, 2005, makes the following request: “Mujahideen Brothers… in all the corners of the good Earth, I am requesting you to contribute in collecting numbers for Credit Cards belonging to Christians and Jews. Allâh willing, they will be used in good deeds.”

The statement, which does not specify the “good deeds” for which the credit card numbers are desired, provides an email address to which the numbers should be sent.
