Errata or Erotica?

While checking my site stats, I noticed that a Latvian visited The Dread Pundit Bluto not long ago, referred by a search for the word "boner". I feel certain that there's a joke embedded somewhere in this mysterious incident, and that it has something to do with The Seinfeld Show.
