CPT: Ingrates and Dangerous Fools

This press release from the Christian Peacemaker Teams regarding the recent rescue of three of their members from months of captivity following their kidnapping in Iraq says that hostages were "released". There is not one word of gratitude to the Multi-National force soldiers, in fact, they go out of their way to bite the hands of their rescuers:

They knew that their only protection was in the power of the love of God and of their Iraqi and international co-workers. We believe that the illegal occupation of Iraq by Multinational Forces is the root cause of the insecurity which led to this kidnapping and so much pain and suffering in Iraq. The occupation must end.

Snakes and weasels, without the wit to thank God for the brave men who put their lives at risk so that these "peacemakers" can indulge their folly.
