'This is Outrageous'

PBS' The News Hour With Jim Lehrer just broadcast a dual interview between US Representative Curt Weldon (R-PA) and Eric Lichtblau of The New York Times regarding the Times recent publication of a top secret government program to track the international finances of terrorists.

Weldon, who has been instrumental in bringing the Able Danger program, which reportedly identified several 9/11 hijackers prior to the attack, to the public's attention, finally got fed up with the smug and smarmy NYT editor, terming the Times' conduct "...outrageous..."

Lichtblau apparently believes that the press is granted super-national authority to commit espionage, suborn treason, and provide highly classified information to America's least if a Republican is in the White House.

Weldon set him straight, if Lichtblau has the wit to receive the message.
