UK's Sunday Times: Israel Plans to Nuke Iranian Nukes

The Sunday Times reports that Israel has plans in place to use tactical nuclear weapons to take out Iran's nuclear program, and that the plans have moved beyond the contingency phase into training and rehearsals:

ISRAEL has drawn up secret plans to destroy Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities with tactical nuclear weapons.

Two Israeli air force squadrons are training to blow up an Iranian facility using low-yield nuclear “bunker-busters”, according to several Israeli military sources.

Expect an extravagantly boneheaded response from Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Israel has repeatedly said that they will not tolerate Iranian nuclear weapons. The question is, are the Israelis scared enough to go through with an attack using tactical nukes? Probably; Ahmadinejad is stupid and crazy enough to scare anyone.
