MSNBC Only Break in News Embargo on Eason Jordan

Yesterday, MSNBC posted this story by Glenn Reynolds in which Reynolds asks the question: "...did a top executive at a major news operation tell a lie to foreign representatives in order to ingratiate himself to anti-Americans at the price of slandering American troops?"

Other coverage:
ABC - nothing
CBS - nothing
CNN - nothing
FoxNews - nothing

When the mainstream media finally do look at the Eason Jordan story, it will probably be presented as a blog-induced tempest in a teacup. With media critics like Jack Shafer of Slate admitting that "...the average citizen thinks the average Washington reporter is a full-of-himself jackass", the MSM can't afford another Dan Rather-type scandal so soon.
