It's not really a video, just a static image with audio, and there is evidence that the audio itself is not fresh.
Thanks to The Jawa Report, which lays out a convincing case that bin Laden may be dead: while al Qaeda obviously felt pressure to get something out on the anniversary of the invasion of Iraq, there is no video, and all of the "contemporary" references are to events from 2006.
