Ward Churchill: "They're not Nazis, they're Eichmanns"
On January 31 Ward Churchill posted a long-winded explanation of his notorious remarks excusing the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Remember, Ward Churchill is an academic, and, as is common with that breed, loves nothing better than to make 10,000 words do the work of 100. For this reason The Dread Pundit Bluto has immersed himself in the pretentious effluvia of Churchill's explanation of his outrageous remarks, and distilled the essence of Churchill's expansive mental eructations into two salient points, which follow.
Here's an added bonus; Churchill, who has portrayed himself as an American Indian for years, is a fraud, according to the American Indian Movement, which has posted this:

Finally, I have never characterized all the September 11 victims as "Nazis." What I said was that the "technocrats of empire" working in the World Trade Center were the equivalent of "little Eichmanns." Adolf Eichmann was not charged with direct killing but with ensuring the smooth running of the infrastructure that enabled the Nazi genocide.Adolf Hitler wasn't charged with direct killing either, Ward, you whining, self-righteous blivit, and by blivit, I mean ten pounds of shit in a five pound sack. By the way, Professor Churchill, Adolf Eichmann was indeed, a Nazi. If you called them "Eichmanns", then you called them "Nazis".
These points are clearly stated and documented in my book, On the Justice of Roosting Chickens, which recently won Honorary Mention for the Gustavus Myer Human Rights Award. for best writing on human rights. And here we have the real purpose for Churchill's actions - profit. Nothing sells like controversy, and notorious authors make a lot more than college professors.
Here's an added bonus; Churchill, who has portrayed himself as an American Indian for years, is a fraud, according to the American Indian Movement, which has posted this:
"The American Indian Movement Grand Governing Council representing the National and International leadership of the American Indian Movement once again is vehemently and emphatically repudiating and condemning the outrageous statements made by academic literary and Indian fraud, Ward Churchill in relationship to the 9-11 tragedy in New York City that claimed thousands of innocent people’s lives."How pathetic.
"The sorry part of this is Ward Churchill has fraudulently represented himself as an Indian, and a member of the American Indian Movement..."
"Ward Churchill has been masquerading as an Indian for years behind his dark glasses and beaded headband. He waves around an honorary membership card that at one time was issued to anyone by the Keetoowah Tribe of Oklahoma."
