Juror Dismissed in Libby Show Trial

One of the jurors in the trial of former White House aide Lewis "Scooter" Libby has been pulled off the jury by the judge. Libby is on trial for...well, no one's really sure, since the probe by special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald revealed that no crime had been committed in the case of Valerie Plame.

Perhaps Fitzgerald had Libby indicted to demonstrate to taxpayers that his investigation had a purpose other than political propaganda for the Democrat Party.

From MSNBC:
U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton ordered the juror removed, saying "what she had exposure to obviously disqualifies her." The judge declined to say what information the juror had seen but characterized it as a misunderstanding. He has ordered jurors to avoid media coverage of the case.
